I offer four key services: Advice, Design, Facilitation, and Writing & Review.
Depending on your organization’s needs, the work may include document reviews, one-on-one conversations, in-depth team and board planning sessions (using foresight methods, design thinking tools, appreciative inquiry approaches, and other techniques), and writing of final documents. I personally undertake the work to support your organization; I never send another associate in my place.
